SUPER ENERGY So, you want to be a Total Warrior. You want to kick high, climb high, fly high and do it all over again the very next day. Well, there are three requirements that get you into action and keep you in top form: 1. Motivation All three of these are fuel that get and keep our bodies in motion. There are other requirements for massive energy too - such as constant exercise and attitude, but I am going to be talking about what we need to get going and what we need to keep up with the energizer bunny. Just remember, a body in motion stays in motion - this means that if you stop anything that keeps you going, you are going to slow down. I will be focusing on the third requirement for massive energy: "knowledge". If you want to learn about the importance of mental motivation, you can read more about the topic in my Mind Martial Science section. Otherwise this knowledge is the fuel you'll need for super energy. The action is all up to you. Okay, let's talk about diet and before I continue using a word that includes the word "die" in it, let me explain what a diet is: First of all, it is NOT and I repeat it is not the process eating like a rabbit and trying to lose weight. Even though I will ask you to do that. Diet is simply what your intake is. You don't go on a diet. Everyone is already on a diet. What is your diet? Some of us have a diet of pizza and Pepsi while others have a diet of oatmeal and orange juice. Both are equally acidic. I am going to introduce you to the energizer diet. No, I am not going to ask you to start eating batteries. The following program is your almost guaranteed source for creating an almost endless "battery" of energy out of your own body. Actually, it won't be OUT of your own body, but more so, WITH your own body - and the proper intake of certain foods of course. Okay - before I continue, I want to make one thing very clear. This is a diet for those who want unlimited energy. It is not going to make you smile if you are used to chewing a steak while swallowing a potato. Just think of it as your tool box for whenever you decide that you want any of the following in a short amount of time: 1. More energy A person on this diet will lose weight, have massive amounts of energy and be stronger than ever before. Okay, so that is a lot of talk and really does little when just read as text. So forget anything I have to say as it doesn't create your reality. What you experience is key - if it helps, let me know. If it doesn't help, then you can still let me know - I believe in balance. Alrighty then. The system I am going to introduce is from a program designed by Dr. Robert Young. As mentioned earlier, I know you were hoping that this was going to be a recipe from some ancient scroll that I dug up on my trip to Japan. But it isn't, it is just the workings of another American genius who carried on the work of some other well know scientists (most of which were non American - going for that balance again). I am not going to bore you with all the details of how all of this came about. I am going to tell you what to do and if it works for you, then great. I also put the above link at the bottom of this article. Also, I must warn you that the company that sells some of the products that help assist in this diet is a Multi-Level-Marketing business. This can mean positive or negative things depending on your view of MLM. Personaly, I have a rather limited amount of patience for MLM's. However, this is one company or should I say product, that I believe in. I use them EVERY day and did so before I discovered it was an MLM business. This also might be positive for you because MLM means that you too can start your own business supporting and using the program. This way you get products for FREE. And RTMS places people in your down line. So, you don't actually have to do any selling to make some extra money or get your Super Greens for free. So, regardless of your interests towards MLM - the products are sound and you can focus on the system without even getting into the business or diet. Now back to the issue at hand: Prior to taking on what I call "the hyper hydro diet" I have followed a rather healthy eating strategy. Focusing mainly on the 75/25 rule. Which means I ate healthy 75% of the time and 25% of the time I'd sneak out for ice cream. I have always had an abundance of energy. However most of this is mental energy and self-power based on my Mind Martial Science. The biggest change I have noticed since being on this program is my sudden ability to just wake up at the wee hours of the morning. I have always been known to get up early (and it wasn't to pee)- but I got up through mental control and motivation. The desire to get on with the day and accomplish some goals or finish some challenges. That was always the fuel to get me out of bed - actually I don't sleep on a bed, but you know what I mean. Now, with being what one might call a "Green Freak" (learn more later), I just wake up, eyes open and I am ready to go. There isn't a need for mental control to influence my desire to get the worm. Not only am I an early bird with little effort now, I also wake up 1-2 hours earlier than normal. To me that is a huge benefit considering I didn't sleep very long anyway. Waking up 2 hours earlier than normal each day will give you about one whole extra month each year. That can be as much as an extra 5 years in your lifetime. Friends, family and students have always wondered how I could get up so early and stay so energized. And once again, I will say the same thing - eat right, think right. It is all about attitude and apples. Okay, I used to say, attitude and apples but now it will have to be think and green drink. Since apples aren't quite as healthy as they used to be. Oh boy, now I have let the cat out of the bag. Yes, I know, I talk about the need to feed based on fruit consumption - but change creates character and I accept that it wasn't the best strategy. Although apples and other fruits are far better than cheeseburgers and french fries - they are not the optimum solution as I used to think they were. In fact they can actually hinder our health. So, if you want to keep the doctor away, eat an onion. Let's break it down: Simple System All food that is digested in our bodies metabolizes down to an ash residue. This ash residue can be one of three things: Neutral It is important to understand that cells of our body are bathed in an alkaline fluid. Over acidification of body fluids and tissues signals a state of imbalance, opening the door to sickness and disease. So to say this in English - ACID is bad. ALKALINE is good. Your goal is to become more alkalized (there is that battery talk again). Or as Dr. Young likes to call it to be an "Alkalarian." Too Star Trekkie for me. Okay, the foods that create an acid residue are: Meats and other flesh proteins, Pay particular attention to the last two since they used to be what we ate to stay healthy. Through scientific research, it has been discovered that high sugar fruits and fruit juice, and even high sugar vegetables like carrots and beets, contribute to excess fermentation, which creates excess acidity in our body fluids. In other words it equals ACID. And remember, ACID is bad. Foods that create an alkaline residue are: Vegetables - greens of all kinds Obviously the best choice would be to cut out everything from the ACID list and eat only what you find on the ALKALINE list. Remember, alkaline is good. Since the odds of that happening are about as likely as you pretending to be Popeye for a month - you simply need to do the following: Make sure that 70-80 percent of each meal is alkalizing. But wait there's more... of course there is. The above strategy is to help you develop a basic diet and understanding. If you are not convinced you need to learn what acid does to the body. You can do so by reading more about the subject. Just know that being alkalized is going to give you the energy needed to stay active. Obviously the opposite will happen if you are full of acid. You will need to read the books or listen to the tapes to learn more, but here is an example that made sense to me: Your arteries are lined with cholesterol to protect the acid from burning through. The more acid, the more your arteries need protection. Thus, when you remove the acid - you remove the need to clog your arteries. Acid burns through everything - your body isn't having problems with just your arteries. It's the acid. Okay - two more basics I want to share with you and something you can jump on right away to get started. In one word: hydration. In two words: hydration and green drink. Okay green drink is two words, but you get my meaning. Hydration: This alone should help you notice a significant difference in your energy level. Drink at least 3 liters of water and lemon per day (lemon helps to alkalize). Especially if you are cleansing and trying to rid yourself of excess acid. Just squeeze some lemon juice into a liter of distilled water and drink away. If you have some Prime Ph then use that instead. "A gallon a day keeps the doctor away." Green Drink: Better than the above, you can add some green drink powder which has a huge amount of electrical energy zapped into it. In fact, it is over 200 megahertz. To give you an idea of what that does, wheat grass is about 70 megahertz of awesome energy. Our bodies are bioelectric. So, this is a shot of super energy. Green drink comes in a powder form and all it takes is that you mix it in with your water. Very quick, very easy and you can drink it throughout the day. As I am doing right now. Super Greens are also key if you are not getting your required amount of vegetables each day. What is the downside? What is the upside? You can actually live on the stuff. Personally I also need (or want) something to snack on and crunch. Raw almonds do the trick - yummy. Soak them for about 6 hours in water for even more energy. Remember, the above concept is just the bare basics. There are so many other things that you can do to improve your energy with this system.
