A Week in the Life

Each day offers a different style of martial arts or focused training, five days per week, with weekends reserved for adventure and recovery. While we provide a structured schedule, many students train from early morning to well into the night. We offer an easy-to-follow program and then provide extra early morning and evening classes that focus on a specific skill or adventure.

Focused Training Sessions

Many students attend our programs with a specific goal in mind, whether it’s to become a martial arts instructor, lose weight, or improve their memory. We have classes designed to focus on these goals, usually held outside the regular training schedule. Some of these include:

  • PSC: Personal Security Course (self-defense and bodyguarding).
  • King of the Mat: MMA and full contact fight training, from stand-up to ground grappling.
  • EASI-A Memory Program: Improve your retention with our proven system for mental recording.
  • How to Teach the Martial Science: For students looking for a future as an instructor.
  • Winjitsu: The mental martial art for personal management and self-image building.
  • Tactical Training: Stealth, urban operations, firearms training, and more.
  • Jungle Survival: Learn to live off the land and survive in the jungles of Thailand.
  • Rock Climbing: Everything from basic knots to leading a climb.
